1. I am getting an error, "The download link is expired or is not ready".
No need to worry. As soon your payment will be recieved, the purchased downloadable product's link will be activated.
2. Where can I find my purchased downloadable product?
Login to your Account >> My Account Option(top right) >> Downloads.
3. Can Buyer create a new Seller Account?
Yes. Once our request is being approved by Teacher@Scale Admin, you will recieve a link to your own Teacher@Seller Seller's Dashboard at your registered email address.
4. Can I delete my Teacher@Scale Seller Account.
Yes. You can delete your account.
5. If I will delete my Teacher@Scale Seller Account, will my Buyer Account will also be deleted?
Yes. For monitor and surveillance purpose, seller account is merged with buyer account. You will need to register again with Teacher@Scale in order to continue purchasing from our site.
6. If I create Teacher@Scale Seller Account, will I be able to buy from your site?
Yes. Once you apply for Teacher@Scale Seller Account, you will receive a Welcome Email from us. It will consist a link to Teacher@Scale Seller Admin Panel. Admin Panel link is available only for Teacher@Scale Sellers. For Buyers, you will be still having an access to our site for shopping.
